This notice covers ATS Tailor and adds to the OjasYukti Privacy Policy.

Your resume

• The file you upload is deleted as soon as its text has been read.
• The resume's text is kept only while your check runs, then deleted.
• A tailored resume you've paid for is kept for 7 days so you can download it again, then deleted. Previews nobody unlocks are deleted after a day.
• Only for tailoring. The ATS score and job match never use AI. To write your tailored resume with our best AI we send its text to Google's Gemini through a paid account, under which Google doesn't use it to train its models. Free tailoring (our basic AI) is written by a model on our own server; only tailoring with a credit (our best AI) uses Gemini. Each reworded line is also checked by TypeSafe's Jev model, to catch anything your resume doesn't support. Your email, phone number and profile links are removed before anything is sent and put back afterwards.

When you buy credits

• We keep your name, email address and mobile number with your order, to send receipts, to let you use your credits on another browser, and for support and accounting.
• Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Receipts and sign-in links are sent by email through our mail provider (Hostinger).
• Signing in with Google is optional. If you choose it, Google tells us your email address and first name; we use them only to find your credits and to fill in checkout, and we keep nothing else from your Google account.

Cookies

We use a few essential cookies: one that identifies your browser (to apply the free daily limits and keep your credits to your browsers), one that keeps you signed in to your credits, and one for the few minutes a payment takes. They aren't used for advertising.

Limits and security

• For the free daily limits we record your IP address, that browser identifier, and a scrambled code made from the email address (or phone number) in your resume, so the same person isn't counted as new after clearing cookies. The code can't be turned back into your email or number. These records are deleted after a few days.
• If you buy credits, we also keep the IP addresses your credits are used from for 90 days, for support and to prevent fraud. We never use them to sign anyone in: a browser on the same network as you only sees a reminder that it can sign in with your email.
• Emails we send you (receipts, sign-in links, your tailored resume) are deleted from our outbox after 30 days. Your order stays as the record of the purchase.
• Our payment records are backed up twice a day and each backup is kept for 14 days, so a fault can never lose a purchase or your credits. Resumes are never backed up.
