Refund and cancellation policy

ATS Tailor sells credit packs for tailoring resumes. This policy explains when credits and money are returned.

All purchases are final

Credit packs are digital and usable as soon as you pay, so we don't refund money for a change of mind, for unused credits, or for a result you don't like. Before you pay you can see your real match score, what tailoring can raise it to, and try a free tailored resume with our basic AI, so you know what you're buying.

Credits returned automatically

If a tailoring run fails, or the rewrite raises your score by less than 3 points, the credit is returned to your balance. You don't need to ask. Credits never expire.

When we refund money

We refund the full amount only when our payment system fails you:

• you were charged but no credits were added, and we can't add them; or
• you were charged more than once for the same order.

Email hello@ojasyukti.tech with your receipt number. We start the refund within 2 working days, to the original payment method only, through Cashfree Payments. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing renews. Each pack is a one-time payment.
